Terms of use

1. The service

Luòri is a controlled product-sampling marketplace that connects brands and other sellers with buyers who want to evaluate paid samples before larger purchases. Sellers must pass review before listings go live. During gated launch, buyer purchases may be disabled while waitlist and seller onboarding remain available.

No shipping or logistics services. Luòri does not warehouse, print labels, or ship. We are not a freight broker or third-party logistics company. Sellers are solely responsible for packing and shipping sample orders to buyers. Luòri provides marketplace connection, listing, transaction, and trust tooling only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, submit false verification materials, or violate these terms.

3. Buyers

• Samples are for evaluation unless a listing states otherwise
• Do not resell samples when not expressly allowed
• Issue reports must be truthful and include required details
• Joining the waitlist or receiving an invite is not a right to purchase and does not guarantee buyer access, inventory, or any particular listing
• Do not submit false, fake, or misleading reviews, ratings, or verification materials

4. Sample sales

Samples are generally final sale. We do not offer ordinary retail returns on opened, used, or low-value samples. Refund or replacement may be available when there is a fulfillment failure, quality problem, safety issue, or material misdescription — for example, the seller does not ship, the wrong or damaged item arrives, or the listing materially misstates what you received.

5. Sellers

• You must have authority to sell products you list and provide accurate sample disclosures (size, format, contents)
• Listings may require Luòri approval; we may pause or remove risky categories or sellers
• Payouts may be held until fulfillment is verified when sales are live
• You remain responsible for product safety, labeling, and lawful sale in shipping destinations

6. Payments & fees

When checkout is enabled, prices, shipping estimates, and platform fees are shown before payment. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Demo or mock checkout modes are not real charges.

7. Intellectual property

Luòri branding, software, and editorial content are owned by Luòri or its licensors. Seller product content remains owned by the seller, with a license for Luòri to display it on the marketplace. Installing Luòri as a progressive web app, adding it to your home screen, or caching it offline does not create any extra license, ownership, or rights beyond these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, invitation timelines, or commercial outcomes from sampling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luòri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Luòri does not provide medical advice. Listings, seller content, and support messages are not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for a qualified professional. We do not make medical claims about samples sold on the marketplace. For a serious reaction, seek professional medical help.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes where allowed by law.
